Tonight (28 September 2013) at 19:00 I phoned and ordered Pizza. The guy on the phone took my address and told me that it would take 20 - 30 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes we hadn't received anything. We phoned them and they told us the deliver guy had just got back and asked us for our address again because they didn't know where it was and gave the delivery man the phone - he kept asking us to spell the address. At 20:45 we received our order - COLD. I am pretty sure that if we hadn't phoned back we wouldnt have received a pizza. This is not the first time we have waited over an hour for pizza (and received cold food) from this branch. We will never buy pizza from them again. If I wanted to cook pizza I would make it myself.
