Absolutley no consideration for customers

They make you wait in a long que for the drive through for 15 minutes before getting to the window to be told the card machine is off line.By this time u stuck in the que and have to wait for all the cars in front of you to get their food and leave which took another 25minutes... and still no food!! No thought from management to see the line is getting long and warn customers before they are stuck in a que with no way of getting out
