I ordered a Pizza, a sub and Beg4More's with delivery from Elardus Park via the Debonairs Website at 17:52 today. At 18:49 I phoned the branch to inquire where the order is and they informed me that our dinner is still at the shop. This was unacceptable, the least they could do is phone me once I placed the order to inform me that deliveries are taking longer than usual. I then said it is fine please mark for collection and I will quickly drive through.
When I got to the branch they gave me the order and I paid. I asked them where is the beg4more's and she assured me that it is in the pizza box. I also asked her why do they not just inform us that deliveries are taking longer and she informed me that they did. This is news to me, I have not received anything and probable would have waited 3 hours. Once I got in the car and checked there were no B4M's. I went into the shop again and stood there with my pizza box with everyone ignoring me. Eventually when they assisted, they scattered around trying to figure out what happened to it and eventually told me they can give me 4 different B4M's. I couldn't believe that our order that should have been delivered 40 min earlier was not ready
