I am an avid KFC supporter (who even buys KFC when I travel to the USA on business) but am constantly disappointed by this franchisee. I went to the drive through to pick up dinner for my family as I usually do on a saturday only to find that the card machine wasn't working. This happens more often that not, which causes great inconvenience for customers since we do not always carry cash and you are only informed about the machine not working once you arrive at the cashier to pay for your order. In addition, once again miklshakes were not available. Is this franchisee in financial difficulties that he cannot afford to fix the milkshake machine nor ensure that he has multiple card machines to avoid this situation? If this franchisee is not reigned in I will be contacting KFC head office in the USA to request their assistance since their brand is being tarnished by this excuse for a KFC outlet. I want this unacceptable situation rectified immediately
