Dear Reader,
Please do not misinterpret this complaint as the entire JETLINE company, but rather the STELLENBOSCH franchise. After numerous complaints about non-service, end extremely bad customer relations, I resorted to the Head Office, who helped me in a flash, and turned the heat up on their franchisee. After I received my order from JETLINE STELLENBOSCH, I was once again given the runaround... because they do NOT respond to queries... My product is not what I ordered, and was done incorrectly. They have no reason why my order was done wrong/bad/poor because they do not respond to ONE single query.
Do NOT do business with them, and for JETLINE's sake, I hope they find a new franchisee... WHO IS AT THE OFFICE!!!
