I am really disappointed with the service that I received from debonairs today. I have placed an online order using the website. After a few minutes someone from the store called be to repeat my order. I gave her my order and she was really friendly. She even read back my order to me so that I can confirm it is exactly what I ordered. Even my address was readback to me.
After waiting exactly 2 hours the pizza came. What a disapointment. I have ordered for triple cheese on my rd chicken triple decker but there was no extra cheese. I ordered 1 poppitz springonion, this was not even included in my order.
This after that lady confirmed my order and read it back to me. How did something like this happen.
And then I am not even complaining about the late delivery. The was no street number on the invoice so I really cant blame the driver. That after she read back all my information and order.
It wont help calling me as I wont answer. I dont want this report traced back to me. They now know my address and can come for revenge after I have complained about their pathetic service.
I just wonder how that lady didnt include my triple cheese and the poppitz after she read it back & i conf
