I purchased a 6 Six piece 3 rolls and 2 gravies from KFC Roodepoort. However, no gravy in stock, so i asked what else they could substitute with as I've paid for gravy and wont be receiving any. Manager then replaced with chips. When i got home several hours later, i discovered the chips was old and they had only given me 5 small pieces of chicken. No luck getting through on their phone lines to report.
