My partner and I ordered the Chessy Chicken triple decker last night, we had not cooked cause it was a long day and we were both tired. The pizza was delivered to our house and were about to tuck in when we realised that the pizza had been burnt. We called the store and spoke to Sinah Mothlahadi who took our order initially, we explained our problem to her and all she said was we should've ordered extra cheese because if there isn't extra cheese then the pizza gets burnt. Now that is absolute nonsense since it was not the 1st time I've ordered the same flavour from this establishment and there was nothin wrong with it. The spinach inside the pizza didnt even look fresh. Paying for something with my money and then getting sub-standard service really really upsets me.
I expect a call fom whoever is in charge apologising for this and please make me understand why I should buy pizza from Debonnairs Kagiso or any other Debonnairs outlet. I am really really disappointed.
My order number is 112, I ordered at 19:35 and I still have the slip should you guys want it!!!
