I ordered a Chicken Triple Decker at Debonairs Centurion Lifestyle and the following is what I got from that debonairs:
- My order came over an hour late.
- The pizza was very hot/chilli and I told the manager that I do not eat hot food because I have sinuses.
- The pizza was very dry.
- The lady who was assisting me on the phone when I was complaining was not helpful.
- The manager did not take me serious and he just told me that the shop is closing, there is nothing they can do and he will call me the following day.
I told him I payed a lot of money for something I can' even eat and that I have bought a lot of pizza's before and I did not get something like the one they gave me, then I took a picture of that pizza.
EVEN today I am still waiting for him to get back to me and on the phone he made me feel like he doesn't really care about what I am saying to him.
