Me and my wife have been long time customers of Cape Town Fish Market. We have always received good food and service with the expectation being yesterday. We had lunch at the Waterfront branch yesterday, My wife ordered a surf and turf which she requested to be well done. She saved the steak for last on her plate and as soon as she bit it was disgusted at how burned the steak was. On the reserve side of the steak we could clearly see the steak was burned. We notified our waiter, which took forever to get hold of and She responded with "I am Sorry" When I asked her is how you deal with customers, she just looked at me and said " sorry, theres nothing I can do" If this is the service and quality of food I can expect from Cape Town Fish Market We will not be going back to your restaurants again
