I reside in Durban and love and eat Nandos on a regular basis, However i visited Nandos at the Sidewalk Centre in PMB yesterday after visiting the Royal Show. i was totally disgusted by the service that we had received from the beginning. Firstly, we were seated for 10 min and had to look for somebody to clear the table of all dirty dishes from the previous customers. Secondly, we ordered the full pack on special and 5 minutes after getting our meals, we had to ask the waiter for our rolls which they had forgotten to give us. Thirdly, we found hair in our salad (disgusting) and then we requested for a packed salad. Fourthly, we ordered the full pack meal and wanted half chicken to be hot and half to be extra hot, and quite frankly both were mild and tasteless. On every occassion when i buy nandos i order extra hot so i know the taste. Fifthly. my husband ordered for the Chicken Strips n Rice and i was disgusted just to see 5 strips with so much of rice. we definetely get much more in the durban branches. this experience was terrible and i would never go back to that store ever again. our meal came to R300. it wasnt worth it. i wish i went elsewhere
