On Tuesday evening 16 April 2013 a family of 8 individuals went to Nandos Goodwood (Voortrekker Road) we ordered 3 x quarter chicken chips and a roll meal (different portions and tastes) and a full family pack with two mielies and a kiddies meal.
My sister whop had her tonsils removed few days before was given a hot piece of chicken when she initially ordered lemon herb. She ended up couging and her throat was aggravated. Luckily nothing Very serious. They then took her meal back and made a new piece of chicken. After cutting through it it was still raw. She wanted her money back to order a meal next door (steers) by the time all of this was finished and we all ate our food were still waiting for the two mielies and the juice for kiddies meal. We at this point cancelled the mielies as well, as it was meant to come with the food not afterwards. Needless to say we werent satisfied customers.
