I ordered 2 hot rice & chicken strips and 2 quater legs telephonically and i also requested delivery. The delivery arrived on time. I am a regular customer at Nandos and I always eat the same meal at Nandos. To my surprise a could not even eat my meal as it was very very Hot. I could see that the sauce was to much on my rice. Firstly i called nandos to tell then my frustration. I spoke to Friendly lady by the name of Refilwe. I explained the situation about their meal, and she said that that sauce its being cooked that is why it is so hot. I told her its not for the 1st time I buy this kind of meal. And she said she was sorry. i hanged down the phone. And I tried to eat again unfortunately a could'nt. I also realised that my order was incorrect as i ordered the quater legs andthe gave me the breasts. I called them again I spoke to Linda who took my order the first time. She was not nice to me as I was explaining that i always order the hot rice but today i m was not able to eat. she kept on saying there is nothing she can do. She put the phone on the side and ended up by hanging up on my ears. That was a bad experience and i paid R173 for my whole order that i did not eat.
