I have never had such a shocking meal and such shocking service! We went to the Miami Spur on Sunday 24th March. We arrived long before 1 p.m. and waited over 40 minutes for our meal and when it arrived the ribs were absolutely disgusting! My husband had the rib and chicken combo and I had the rib and prawn combo. My husband's grand daughter's meal arrived long before our meal as well (we still waited ages for it though) We couldn't eat our ribs - my husband had 1 or 2 and I just couldn't eat them, they replaced mine, but they were still awful. As my husband says they tasted as though they were boiled and had no basting. We complained but nothing seemed to happen i.e. I wanted to know the exact time I had ordered and nobody seemed to be able to tell me. It was so unprofessional our waiter tried his best but it seemed as though the kitchen had a huge problem. It was so bad that I could only think that the kitchen staff had a vendetta against our waiter as he was also serving the next door table and they were also made to wait ages and when their food arrived it was also shocking - burnt croutons in a salad!! I am totally disgusted by the whole experience and won't be back!
