My Husband and daughter went for lunch at Piatto Eastgate on Saturday 6 July at 11:50. At 12:45 we had still not recieved our food. My husband had an appointment so he complained to the manager and left. When the food eventually arrived my Daughter found a long hair in her food.
The manager was not at all apologetic. He asked me what I wanted to do and told him that it was best that we no longer carry on with our meal. He still charged us for our drinks even though our meal was ruined.
