Bad Experience and lack of Response

On Saturday night we went to M&B Musgrave because of a power outage. We placed our orders and waited. The food arrived, and we had to ask 3 times for cutlery. At this point the food was luke warm. When I unwrapped my cutlery it had congealed chocolate cake and dirty finger prints all over it. I again requested cutlery, making a sarcastic point of asking her to please give me clean cutlery. After waiting a further few minutes I eventually asked another waiter. He brought me my Cutlery and I proceeded to now start eating my cold food. I had ordered Chicken on a Stick. I ate 3/4 of one of the kebabs and did not touch the salad because it was so drenched in salad dressing. I had specifically asked for dressing on the side because I don't eat salad dressing in general. I asked for my chicken as take away. When I opened the container the next day at lunch time I discovered 3 little pieces of chicken in the container. A kebab has at least 7-8 pieces. So an entire kebab was just missing? I emailed head office yesterday to tell them about this shocking experience and have not even had a courtesy response. I am really disgusted in the service I have received, and will be sharing this!!
