KFC worcester ice cream machine out of orde

I have been living in Worcester for 5years and in the 5 years the ice cream machine at both the kfc branches has been more out of order than in working condition! Why can't they sort the problem out? We have to miss out on special deals sometimes, because they can't buy a new machine or repair the one they have. Totally pathetic to have the same problem after 5 years!
