A friend and I arrived at about 2.40pm for coffee. We seated ourselves as the waiter at the door was mopping the entrance. The restaurant wasn't busy and there were about 4 or 5 staff walking around and not a single person came to greet us or give us menus. We eventually waved down a waitress and explained that we had not yet been served. She fetched us menus and then left without taking our drinks order. We browsed the menus for a couple of minutes and then waited to place our order but no one came back to our table for another 10mins or so. Eventually we got up and walked out without anything. This is not the first time that the service has been negligent at this Mug and Bean. Most of the waiters seem uninterested and there hasn't been a single time that I haven't had to try flag someone down for service. I could understand if it was busy but there were probably more waiters than tables.
