So I was on my way home when I felt for a pizza so just around the corner from my house is a debonairs I went there, placed and paid for my order at 19:11 and asked them to deliver but that was the biggest mistake I made that night so I went home did some thing and waited and waited and waited at about 19:50 still no pizza so I went back to debs to see what was going on and the hole of debonairs was stunned when they saw me there so I just said I want my money back so that I can go some place ells but then the problems started they couldn't give me my money then they tried calling the owner who didn't pick up his phone then more customers came in and got there orders before me so I just lost it and told the manager that buy the way should not be a manager in the first place that he must just give me my money so that I can leave then he told me they phoned me but my phone was of and all the sort of rubbish.
Point is that the owner should rather close down the place and spare him this kind of humiliation next time.
