On Friday 24 May 2013 at 10:33:46 I pulled up at Mcdonalds Klerksdorp drive thru. I ordered 2 grand chicken ranch meals paid for my order. The lady assisting at the next window asked me to go at 1 of the grill somthing parking spots she will she bring my food. Up on arrival I got a lot of other custermus also waiting for there food. Waited for 10 min I deciced to go in and ask why is my food taking so long cause I knw a drive thru is less than 5 min service. This 1 lady by the Name of Palese gave n an attitude talking as if I'm here friend and also sad in tswana who the do I think I am cause she is the boss. The other staff was just looking at when she was go on like that and did not say anything. Manager Rea promised to phone me back so that we could sort out this issue she never and only phoned me this morning telling me she to busy and her personal issues that she had to sort out. That is not my problem I 'm a customer I had to come first in this matter. Please assist me with this issue. We ended up getting our food at 10:55.
