I went to KFC Greyston drive this morning at 8:45am to get myself breakfast.. The 1st sign of poor service was that there was just one lady at the counter to get our orders and at the time she was busy with a customer that got there before me. So i joined the queue and waited to also be serviced, after approximately 10min of waiting it was then my turn to place an order. Placed my order then pulled out my bank card to make a payment, that's when I was told the speed-points were not working. My question is why make me wait for 10min to tell me that you cannot process my order? Basically i wasted /-15min when they could have just told me as i walked in that the card machine was not working... or at least put up a sign that says so. When i called for the manager to find out why they are not telling customers before hand, he gave me some lame excuse that it was suppose to be up when they opened shop. I got late at work, and i still didn't get my food. Wasted time!!!
