I had attempted to call and place an order at 4:30 and the lines were all engaged, working 5 doors away from the shop and our offices being a regular supporter of their food i decided to place an order in person. i was at the store at 4:35 and had been the 2nd person in the line
Nomsa (trainee) was busy with a customer and was arguing as to what items from the grill menu do not appear on the fish and chips side. while waiting Samantha then took over for Nomsa and had to redo the order. i continued to wait for 1 of the tellers to assist me and take my order. i had given my order to Nomsa who had written it on the side of a loose menu and then walked away. Samantha had to redo the 1st customers order for a 3rd time as she was on the phone which prevented the CR Card machine from working.
Nomsa had moved onto the grill side of the shop and was entering in a new customers order. i had waited for 30MIN and my order was not even started as they both had forgotten to enter it in and left it written on the side of the menu which was now misplaced. i then had left the store.
as a regular supporter whos offices have been coming there from the time they had opened i will now never return
