What is going on?

On Saturday 02 June 2013 a group of us (12 people) went to the Wimpy at Laguna Mall and ordered food, it took over an hour for the food to arrive and when it did it was mostly cold. My food arrived with chips which i did not order and it had a hair in it. I informed the manager who then said i could have the meal for free. On Sunday on our way home we decided to stop at the Wimpy at Langebaan Engen and ordered our drinks and food, it took plus mins 18 minutes for our drinks to arrive- after we asked for it and then it took more than an hour for our food to arrive- what is going on with Wimpy? I could understand if it was once bad branch but it looks like the standards are just dropping- we were so disappointed.
