Good Day. My family nad i went to the Egg Hunt at uShaka this morning. decided to have breakfast at wimpy before the Dolphin show. Ordered 3 breakfasts, all came cold, without the extra onions as ordered with one meal and without the mango juice and water that was ordered with the drinks order. went looking for our waitress as the trainee delivered our meal, she brought the onions and water but not the juice (not too concerned as really didnt want the juice at this time). eggs and chips were cold, toast was cold and buttered already and cold, didnt enjoy the meal, didnt even have time to complain as didnt even think that would make a difference to the service standards at uShaka Wimpy. Also a point to note is, we had the exact same breakfast at the Wimpy at The Crescent yesterday, our meals were slightly delayed due to a mishap, the manageress came to our table to apologize, offered us a free coffee with our meal and i think slightly disocunted our meal as way of apology (actually didnt even think that they took very long with our meal but what is important is that they valued their customers! WIMPY at uShaka, catch a wakeup and go for further training.
