We were at Spur on the 14 April 2013 around 7pm as it was my daughters birthday.
The waitress was very good and helpful but my complaint is relating to firstly the managers, no manager came to our table and asked how was the food and how was the service - is this the norm at SPUR???
Then, the food, it was not the best, was quite cold when we received it and the steaks were not done as we asked - my husband and cousin just ate them as they were starving.
We order 2 of the kiddies special with the burger that comes with a toy and we NEVER got the toy - shocking.
I mean, we spent like R600 for the meals and this is the pathetic service we receive.
Also, our kiddies Spur card was not redeemed for the R50 birthday voucher yet it was presented - why?
I will never eat at Spur again if this is the pathetic service we receive
