I visited the Mimmos Galleria store 2 week ago on a tuesday and when I ordered off the birthday menu I was told that the squid heads that they have on special was not available. I then revisited them on friday only to be told the same thing when I spoke to the manager he informed me that he was waiting for the truck which he was expecting at any time now. I revisited the. Store for the 3rd time on Sunday only to be told again that they dpo not have stock when I called for the manager this times I asked him for the trucks registration as I feared it was either or hijacked and having a brother who works for the SAPS I'm sure he wouldn't mind help looking for the truck. The manager informed me that unfortunately it was not the branches that decided on the specials but rather senoir management and that they (senior management) do not check on availability of stock before they decade on the specials, even if they dp not have stock and the supplier cannot keep up with the demand. Now what I would like to know is how do you have a special and not have stovk for weeks on end and nothing is done about it.
