My mom & dad went for supper last night to celebrate Valentine's Day @ the N1 City branch of Ocean Basket. They ordered the platter which was on special for Valentine's Day. When the platter arrived the Calamari was over fried, completely dark brown and not soft at all. They then called the Manager on Duty to complain. He sent the platter back and they received a new platter. However, the NEW calamari was exactly the same as the previous batch. My mom & dad eventually just ate the rest of the platter & took the calamari home. Upon arriving at home my dad fell ill and spent the rest of his night in the toilet from how sick he was. I do not consider this to be acceptable for a restaurant to serve food which is not of excellent quality to paying customers. And I do feel this matter should be looked at for future client's at this establishment, as my parent's will not return in the future. Thank You.
