Ocean Basket Owner "I dont care, tell Hello Peter"

I ordered a platter of sushi from Ocean Basket tonight and it arrived and all looked ok but when we ate it it seemed off. The rice was mushi and congealed and in some areas around the salmon it was almost liquid. We ate some and then started to feel ill. I called Mr Delivery and they said I should phone Ocean Basket and inform them and they would either refund me or replace that platter. Which I did. The manager said that he checked his food and it was impossible. He said their food is fresh. I told him I know that because we eat there a lot and we love their food, but this particular platter was off or there was something wrong with it and the customer is always right. He said it wasn't their problem. I phoned Mr Delivery back and they were disgusted and phoned Ocean Basket. Then they phoned me back to tell me that the Owner said that she has the best food and the best restaurant in town and I am a and I just want free food! She said I must rather go complain on Hello Peter! I usually dont complain on Hello Peter, or even complain at all! But the sheer arrogance and bad customer service is appalling. Added to the fact that we might have food poisening tomorrow
