Went for supper last night and ordered a platter for 2. We were famished after returning from a show and when the food arrived, just started eating. the waiter after a few seconds of bringing the food asks us if everything is ok and kept doing so every 5 mins. half way through the meal we realise that the heads are missing. When we asked about it he mentioned that we didnt order heads. we show him the menu and ask him to bring the portion due to us which he then does. As we were leaving we asked to speak to the manager and she mentioned that "with every calamari you cut up, there is only on head so when preparing the platter they put the heads last:-)" - anyway dumb reason. My question is - how many times does this happen? cause surely we the customer loss out - is stock being, what happens to item that are suppose to be on the plate that the customer is paying for with his/her hard earned cash???
