So today (03July2013) we felt like some Ocean Basket. My husband ordered a Ship Mates Platter and a Platter for one (take-away). The fish in the Ship Mates Platter did not look right, so I smelt it and it smelt FOUL. I called the store (Durbanville branch) to complain.
The store manager (Jeandre) told me they have a no refunds policy, but that they would replace the fish. Now why would I wants to eat from a place that served me in the first place? I declined the "replacement" and left the foul smelling fish with the store manager. Needless to say that I am so put off from Ocean basket, that we will not eat there again.
This complaint was made not even 20 minutes after we picked up our food. Real bad
