Did u see how waffles has shrinked in size, absolutely no management present at this storea=, as well as the staff does not have managers phone numbers and overcharged on milk shakes and poor service and products being charged but its not on the menu

i lodged a complaint at milky lanes head office on monday, got a ref no, but no responce since then
if this is the service you get from customer complaints, i realised thats why you get such rubbish service from the store
