I phoned to make a reservation for Valentine's Day, yesterday at around 2-4pm. They confirmed my details and everything.
I've never been there before so I thought it'd be nice to go, since they offered a buffet Sushi option.
When I phoned today to confirm my booking (like 5 minutes ago), they told me it didn't exist and that the place was booked out. Even though I was adamant, they still refused to hear me out and pretty much told me that I was lying to get a booking. Ridiculous! I asked to speak to the Manager, and it was the manager that was being so rude.
They never even wrote down my booking nor did they even acknowledge their mistake. I've never been there and I'll never ever ever go there!!! Insulting, rude and down right the worst customer service experience.
DO NOT GO TO LEAF SUSHI RESTAURANT!!!
