We had a very bad experience on Wednesday (23rd January 2013) at Milky Lane, Galleria.
We ordered Waffles and some refreshment. When the coffee arrived and we tasted it, the milk tasted a bit off. We called the waitress who then informed the Manager (Dianna) in charge. She informed us that there was nothing wrong with the milk/coffee. She even went as far as making herself a cup of coffee and came back to our table and informed us that there was nothing wrong.
They refused to replace the coffee with coffee or any other refreshment. It is very disappointing that service is not what it used to be. The Manageress insisted that there was nothing wrong so eventually I informed her that we will pay for the coffees which we did not drink.
To the Owner, I suggest that you get your staff to be more polite and helpfull to your clients.
