Poor service -extremely slow

Hi,
Had a lunch with some colleagues-11-02-13. the reatsaurant wasnt even half full, but ther service we had was very slow and poor, we even got late to get back to work, extremely dissapointed that people dont care about service anymore, we had to ask our waitress where our food was after half an hour, there was no manager to be seen.
