On the 4th of January 2013, I went to the Mugg and Bean in Ferndale Village. I ordered a Mighty Morning which consist of a croissant with scramble eggs and bacon. My food arrive with a soggy, flat, oily croissant that look old. I called the manager and ask him if the food look appetizing and his defense was that it was there standard product and always look like that. I have eaten at several Mugg and Bean's the same breakfast and never had a croissant looking like that. He then told me they have a new supplier and that at all the Mugg and Beans it will now be similar. Now if that is the case, then ever since Famousbrands took over, the service went from excellent to mediocre and I will not support them anymore. I complaint twice on their website about this and they did not even bother coming back to me. If this is the type of service they deliver then I will not be a supporter for anymore. Perhaps Cafe Fino is now my new alternative for Mugg and Bean!
