In the last 2 years Mugg & Bean has become worse and worse with regards to the poor service received from waiters and Managers at many of their branches. The food quality of most of their dishes has also declined which is sad as the brand was awesome when it first opened many years ago. Mugg & Bean has lost its coffee shop appeal and focused more on becoming an american brand. They don't seem to care about their regulars anymore.
I have noticed that at many of the branches that have untrained Managers both the service and food quality has become shocking.
I also sent my concern through their website and they have done nothing to try and contact me or resolve the matter.
Mugg & Bean has just lost a massive fan.
