Disgusting attitude and unprofessional

I have never felt so disrespected as a customer.

I went to one of your branches (Honeydew Ridge Shopping Centre) When I walked in it was 19:45, as the lady behind the counter was about to take my order a very rude employee named Julia interrupted her n rudely told me the store was closed, I told her the sign @ the door says the store closes @ 8.

She checked her watch saw that it was 19:50 but still refused to serve me. This women had the nerve to tell me that she had a taxi to catch n making my food would mean she'll leave the shop after 8..

I can not believe that in these trying times there's a company that would treat loyal customer's with such disrespect and turn away business. I think it's safe to say that your store has lost my family's business and I'm pretty sure with the attitude ur staff have plenty more customers will be lost!
