Made a visit to this tiny store after having found them on the internet. I arrived at the gate of the store and expected a welcome from the store owner or employee but was instead greeted by what seems to be the owner's dog at my feet. I proceeded to inform the man at the counter that I was not comfortable doing my shopping with the dog around and enquired as to whether he could perhaps keep it with him behind the counter. His response to that was cold, disinterested, inaudible and accompanied by the worst attitude I have come across in the longest time. A small business such as that would benefit from giving the best customer service, as word of mouth would serve to be their best marketing strategy. Maybe the store location in the student district of hatfield has the owner thinking that most of his walk in customers are not worth his time. I'll have him know that he has lost big business and I'll be sue to let all my colleagues and friends know that his store is the one in fact that is not worth their time, they should rather try Costume Castle on Lynnwood Road where the owners and employees there don't think they are doing YOU the favour by serving you well.
