I went to Chicken Licken at Campus Square to purchase some food. Because I did not place my order according to the meal name, the cashier decided that she was going to give me attitude, taking my order as if she clearly didn't want to. Above and beyond that, she did not clarify if i would like cans or 500ml coldrinks with my order. Out of pure spite, this woman skipped my order number and had me waiting with my pregnant sister- in- law. She had us waiting for over 20mins. Needless to say, I lost my tremper and told those women where to get off. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat a customer with such disrespect. Just because your store is in a student saturated area, it doesn't give you the right to undermine us as your customers.
Those women were completely unprofessional and I will never set foot in that store again. Such ill- mannered people should not be in the cuystomer service industry.
