Unprofessional attitude of Sandton DIVA

On the 20th of Jan 2013, i went to the Sass Diva store at Sandton City to exchange an item that i had purchased, as it was damaged. The service that i received was atrocious not to mention unprofessional. When i arrived at the store, i was not acknowledged, i proceeded to the counter to enquire about the exchange. There who 2 sales assistants at the counter, the lady that i spoke to seemed to be confused as to whether i could get the item exchanged or not. She continously looked at her colleague Nikita for guidance. Eventually i said to Nikita are you sure that i can exchange the item, as you look confused and uncertain. She rudely said to me that she is busy with a very important email, indicating that she is too busy to assist me, Her body language and facial expressions implied that i should rather leave the store and not waste her time. She then rudely said to me that i can look for something else in the meantime and when i had gone to back to the till, she asked to serve a customer who come in after me, while i have been waiting awhile to be assisted. I will not ever shop at that branch again, the service is pathetic and Nikita's attitude dealing with customers is disgusting.
