It happened not just once but numerous times and I'm now just fedup. They never get your order right most of the times when you get home you discovered that not everything's packed in your bag so you then have to once again go back. And word of all is that their debit card machine NEVER works. They let you stand 30- 40 min in the drive through with 3 kids in the car crying and screaming in the heat and when you want to order they inform you that you just wasted all you time as the card machine don't work. I will never go to kfc harties again unless they can improve their service drastically...
