Credit Card bent and Terrible Service

I ordered from the drive trough window from a lady called Zuleka.. I ordered a Chicken Premium Ranch and a happy meal.. corrected the last part of my order to change the happy meal to a McChicken meal.. when I got to the checkout I saw that the amount was incorrect and she omitted the Ranch Premium chicken so i told her this and she took my credit card and proceeded with the transaction.. when she put the card machine back for my pin number i noticed a horrible bend in my card.. She actually bent my credit card.. I almost flipped out and called the manager... While I waited for my food at the checkout for 15minutes while the people continued to eyeball me and the queue behind me got bigger the manager eventually came out to say my card had declined.. no kidding it declined it was nearly broken.. Why wouldn't they tell me in 15minutes that that had happened? I am severely frustrated and angry and not happy with McDonalds service where I am a regular.. I want a new bank card to be purchased for me.. for their staff to do that is completely inappropriate.
