Long queues.
Card machine at drive through frequently not working.
Orders are always incorrect - No stock, wrong order packed, missing items on order.
Ice cream machine frequently not working.
Crusher machine frequently not working.
Slow service.
Complaints are not corrected.

I have been struggling with the service at this branch for months.
