Good afternoon.
One month ago I wanted to buy some chicken meals from KFC, only to find, halfway through the Drive through that the card machine is not functioning, I needed to reverse out, blocking all of the incomming patrons.
Today 7th Feb 2013, expecting to buy some KFC, I found myself at the order and pay booth in the Drive through, just to be told that the card machine is not working. I could not reverse this time, so, waisted a lot of money standing in the que just to get out. We all know how expencive fuel is.
Both of the cases McDonalds was thankfully just around the corner.
Thank you McDonalds for a great service.
KFC RTB can learn a lesson or two from their compatition.
