I tried to order my lunch at the drive through in Muizenberg'
but after a 15 minute wait in the drive through the attendant informed me, that I would I have to go inside as the card machine has been out of order for the better part of the day.
Whats the POINT???
Next time inform a client thatthey are unable pay with a CARD, PLEASE let them know before they go into the drive through. This is not rocket science
The manager informed me that I can contact Billy to complain. I asked Billy to update me with regards to my complaint but, like eating my KFC I'm still waiting.
This is not the first time this has happened.
