I wrote a letter of complaint to KFC two weeks ago and have not even received any feedback. We went to go buy our "fast food" dinner one evening, waited in the driveway for over 20 minutes and was then told that the card machine doesn't work and that I had to go into the restaurant to order. This is not the first time that this has happened at a KFC, but the least they could have done was put signage up that said no card sales in the drive-through. We then had to stand in a queue for another half an hour before we could order. Surely we should have been able to place an order at the drive through and only go pay inside... The fact is that they made no effort whatsoever to accommodate us.
