I contacted Customer care online to complain about shocking food and service at the Link Hills branch in Waterfall.
They are also often out of staple items, which is very frustrating
I have had no response and I have re-sent the email probably 5 times in 4 months.
There was only one attempt to call me, but I cannot take calls before 2pm, because of my job. Thay followed this up with an email informing me of the phone call. I have subsequently emailed them several times, requesting that they contact me after 2pm.
No response ever comes from Customer Care.

With so many fast food options available, shocking service will make people vote with their feet.
