Hallo,
on the 28th of December I purchased a game from the online and after more than 20 days I still don't know the status of my order!
I have sent 3 email and had no response on them. Then I started to phone them and every time it was the same story. It has just been dispatched. That was 2 weeks ago!
Called about 5 times en 3 of the 5 times they said that they will investigate and call me back, still waiting!
It is shocking how do someone get a response or honest answer from them?
