I POSTED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AND EVEN EMAILED CUSTOMER CARE NUMEROUS TIME BUT NO RESPONSE.GUESS THEY JUST DON'T CARE. Its just shocking to c all the complaints on hellopeter about the bad service and poor food quality from kfc and how many customers also complaining that no one comes back to them. Ive replied to the Kfc customer care email I received 16 days back and still no one came back to me. Posted another complaint and still no one came back to me. Is it that Kfc is such a big company that they just don't care or is someone not doing their job? I think i will be posting complaint after complaint until someone comes back to me via telephone. Maybe im just wasting my time but why do they need to get away with their bad service and poor food quality and just don't care about us customers?
