I have on numerous occasion had to wait in line to place my order for approx 15-20 min, so i stopped going to KFC Chatsworth Drive through. Unfortunately I decided to try it again but still had to wait 15-20 min. I attempted contacting the area manager who didnt answer his phone. I also placed a complaint on the KFC customers service website but no one has bothered to contact me or attend to my complaint. The problem is that KFC makes too much of business and does not care about customer satisfaction as it is 'no loss' to their revenue.
